In 2008, it completed the acquisition of Modern Concepts, a top tier construction company with over 87 years of construction experience on projects as large as 875,000 square feet. The acquisition is a key milestone in GothamWest's construction and services plans and is a crucial element in its long term growth strategy. Headquarters are in Jersey City, New Jersey. |
